Daryl and mummy new hairstyle for CNY 2010

Don't we look like the ah tu mother and son? Muahaha!!!

I was in the mood for a haircut so we went to the usual salon Shawn patronise nearby our house after fetching Daryl. As Daryl have been following along when Shawn have his haircut in this salon and he seem to be in a good mood, we decided to try cut his hair as well instead of waiting till weekend.

Well at least the ladies in the salon are patient, fast, skillful and nice. So this haircut seem the most successful after the past try. Not to mention that we are just so glad to have found a salon that can handle and trim our little terror's hair.

A bad fall

Daryl have a bad fall at his nanny house in the afternoon. So we brought him to see a GP (since the PD are not open for night consultation from Mon to Wed in Jan), to get some cream to apply hopefully to help him recover faster.

I was heartpain to see how bad the fall is, especially on the wound under his lip. GP told me that good thing is that the wound are not a thru wound but, still it will leave a scar......

East Coast Park

Daryl is scare of sand! He actually refused to come down at all and wanted to be carried the moment we 'walk' on sand. And when we removed his shoes and let him stand on the sand, he cried big time and do not dare to move. My mum told us that after we leave the beach and while waiting for my Dad outside the toilet, Daryl actually say : "Ma, pa pa"!

We went for dinner at East Coast foodcentre after the Buddha exihibition. For the first time, Daryl have braised duck rice as dinner which he enjoy eating and ate quite alot. We take a stroll at the beach after dinner and so so took some pictures too.

Daryl have a enjoyable time playing with the other children when we detour to 'shop' at the warehouse sale while on our way to the Buddha exhibition at Suntec.

New Year Day - 2010

Christmas present (a bag) from Ah yee who got it from Ocean Park during her holiday in Hong Kong.

Glad to have start the year with a little gathering of my mum's side relative, although Ah gu and Ah kim + Wen Jie and Wen Hao did not make it to join us. However, it is still good to have Ah yee's family with us, especially our cutie little Andrea.

Although, mum they all arrived late with food which is our lunch but then it is still alright as I did cook some rice, cabbage soup and chicken & potatoes stew which both Andrea and Daryl eat first while we the adults wait. Also, I am happy that my chicken & potatoes stew were well liked. Although my muffin and cookies turn out not so ideal, but Ah yee and my sister still rather supportive lor. Only my brother say whatever I make or cook cannot be eaten so he never tried any lor.

Daryl have a good time playing with my sister and little Andrea so much that his head was all covered with sweat when they are leaving. Also, strangely, Daryl like Michelle so much that he keep wanting her to carry and will give her all his blocks, thus he cried when she leave.

Shawn have a good time playing mahjong (coz he play 2 full round without the need to get up to let me play) with Daniel, uncle and Daddy. However, Daddy is happier coz he win dai san yuan lor.

Oh ya, a funny action from Daryl that leave all of us puzzled and amused but also worry is that the moment Shawn took out the mahjong table Daryl was so happy and make some noise like he was cheering hurray or what.

The only regret is that again, we forget to snap photos to keep an 'evidence' of the happy moments/memory.
