English Meaning - Darling, dearly loved, from the Old english deorling.

Origin - English

Mummy chose the name Daryl for me as she say I am her little darling and I am dearly loved by her..... Also, she hope I will be loved by all too.

The meaning of Sheryl

(French) Darling; (Germanic) man, free man; (Old English) meadow shire; bright meadow

Sheryl is of Germanic, English, and Old English origin and it is used mainly in English.

Sheryl is a variant form of Charlotte (French, German, Dutch, English and Scandinavian) and also an English spelling variant of Cheryl (English and German).

The reason why mummy chose the name Sheryl for me is that she wanted a name with similar meaning as kor kor. Likewise, the reason she chose kor kor's name too!

Creation of the Blog

Mummy finally decide to create a Blog for me. She say this is a little something for me to read when I grow up. Things that she want me to know and she like to remember, she will jot it down here.

As this is created after I turned One Year Old, so she will try to 'dig' from her memory for those things that happened from the day I was born till now.

But one thing I know for sure is that Mummy is IN LOVE with me!

:-)
Daryl

Mummy added me in this blog as well after I 'arrived' on 17th November 2010. This will be the 'diary' where she will updated the growth of kor kor and me.

We both know that in mummy's heart, we are her bao bei and this is a forever love from her unconditionally.

:-)

Fun at AMK HUB Christmas Funland

Daryl enjoy bouncing and playing in this air inflated bouncy castle that he actually refused to come out. But we decided it is enough for him after those older kids start to trip over him or fall over him.

Queuing for another game.
Posing in front of the nicely done up stage.

Sitting for fun...

A little bowling expert?!

How Daryl bowl? He walk up to the pins and drop the ball on to the pins!
At the games area for kids.

It was drizzling thus we did not went out to take more pictures.

We drove to UE Square at around 3 plus in the afternoon so that we can get the Christmas presents for the Christmas gathering/party on both 12th and 19th Dec and also rush for Barney show at 5pm. After we made our purchases, we head down to find a good spot to watch the Barney show.
However, all good spot are taken up, yes there are alot of people crowding around the stage area and even those area upstairs with good view of the stage are all crowded with people.
In the end, we just stand somewhere facing the stage and we sat Daryl on Shawn's shoulder so that he will be tall enough to be able to see Barney. However, not sure if it is too crowded and Daryl are not really able to get a good view, he was busying playing with Shawn's hair then watching. So in the end, we decided not to watch. Oh ya, we also run into Doris, her husband and little Rayden too and can really see that little Rayden enjoy the Barney show alot.
I wanted to exchange for the ticket to take picture with Barney, when Doris told me that she have exchanged and her queue number is 35. However, upon hearing Doris queue number, Shawn suggest not to take as that might mean we have to wait till 8 plus 9 pm for our turn as the photo taking will only take place after the 7 pm show.
As such, we drove off and went for dinner at AMK hub instead as we also need to get some stuff from NTUC too. We also went to take some pictures with AMK Hub Christmas decoration too. Then when we are walking around the mall, we spotted that there is an enclosed area for kids to play some games but per kid entrance is min. $30 spending. We went in using our receipt from our dinner and well, Daryl did have a good time there.
