Daryl dancing caught on camera when we do our last night shopping in the shopping mall beside our hotel.
Hotel Lobby night view.
This fish head curry restaurant was our dinner for our last night of stay in Penang. In fact, Shawn have been aiming to dine in this restaurant since we spotted it on day 1 when we went for our breakfast before checking into the hotel. Well the food was nice as you can see.
The overall experience in the temple was okay, except that we find it too commercialise as the pagoda and huge godness of mercy statue have to pay entrance fees. Other then that, we enjoy looking at the tour and praying. Oh ya, Daryl was happily praying. In fact, he will automatically put his hands together, say 'pai pai' and start to pray.
The 4 heavenly kings!
The huge godness of mercy statue which again one have to pay in order to go up and see.
The building structure and colour look nice for photo taking.
The pagoda which one have to pay in order to enter.
Taking off the shoes to enter and pray.
The exterior view of the temple

The view down from the temple.

The famous Kek Lok Si which is highly recommended by those cab driver and mummy's friend.

There is alot of such spider and spider web in the hill top. It does look eerie right?

Daryl is more interested in the water than phototaking.
Daryl enjoy the piggy back ride on his ah gong.

View from the hill top.

Daryl is tired after the long wait to board the train to go up to the hill top. He fell asleep shortly and only wake up when we reach the top of the hill.

This is our first day without the hotel breakfast. As we did not confirm with the friendly cab driver last evening on whether we will book his car today and when we call him today, he already have customer on his cab, so we just hop onto the first cab in the queue. As usual we 'book' the cab for our whole day event. Although the cab driver is okay, but somehow, we prefer the yesterday uncle who seem more honest to us.
The cab driver drove us to New Lane for breakfast as he say that the fish meat mee hoon is nice there. However, he is not aware of the Wang Zhao Jun restaurant which my mummy's friend introduce us to go for nice fish head noodle. Same time, he get someone to queue and bought the Penang hill train ticket (of course we have to give some coffee money to the person when we collect the ticket) for us as according to him, today is school holiday so there might be long queue by the time we reach there.
