A rush and busy day.

Today Daryl wake up at 6.30 am together with us and after he finish his milk, we rush out to the market at Ang Mo Kio Blk 226 since the market nearest to our house was closed for renovation. We bought the ingredients for Daryl's porridge for the these 2 days then we have our breakfast there before we rush home to wait for our part time maid to come do the cleaning at 8am.

As we will be rushing to 2 birthday parties in the afternoon, we tried in vain to coax Daryl to nap at 9am plus after bathing him. In the end, he fall asleep at 10 plus and only wake up at 11.30am where we quickly feed him his lunch then rush out for Elliot's 1st Birthday (Shawn's cousin son) at Citylight function room.

We reached there about 20 min later then the original planned time at about 12.20pm, but no choice as Daryl's might be cranky if he did not nap earlier. My in laws were already there when we reached. My mother in law was so happy when Daryl call her ma after I told him to. However, she comment that the denim jumper Daryl wear make him look like a clown, as those clowns in circus alway wear jumper except that theirs are colourful jumper.

Anyway, Daryl seem to enjoy his short stay there as he keep laughing and smiling at everyone. He even generously give his water bottle to a jie jie whom he just saw for the 1st time. As we need to rush to another party, we did not for Elliot's cake cutting.

Shawn send me to Wendy's younger son Broderick 1st Birthday party at Plaza Market Cafe in Fairmont Hotel which is not far from Citylight while he wait for me in the library.

Daryl was consider rather well behaved, coz he will sit in the baby chair and wait for me while I go thru the buffet spread and take the food. Then when Daryl saw the Birthday cake he give me a big smile and was laughing away when everyone start singing Happy Birthday song, maybe he thought it was his birthday again ba.

I think, Daryl really must be praised for his well behavior today, coz when I bring him to the toilet, he actually did wait for me while I pee except that he try to peek out of the cubicle other than that, he did not fuss or try anything funny. Good boy, my darling!

Then my good darling fall asleep on the way back home at 3 pm plus and only wake up around 6plus for his dinner.
